Vittorio has been a member of the Florence Bar Association since 1985 and has been admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation and the Higher Courts since 1997.

He began collaborating with Lessona Law Firm in 1984 and became senior partner in 1989.

He has gained extensive experience in administrative, civil, and tax litigation (local taxes).

He has nearly forty years of experience in the fields of construction, urban planning, environmental law, cultural and landscape heritage, expropriations for public use, public and state-owned assets, public and private procurement, public recruitment procedures, public funding, quarries and mines, land reclamation and public water resources, agriculture, commerce, healthcare, public utilities, public accounting, administrative liability, and local taxation.

He has provided judicial representation as well as ongoing extrajudicial assistance and consultancy in these areas, as well as in all other fields of administrative law, on behalf of both public bodies and private clients.

He has served as a member and chair of arbitral tribunals in ordinary and administrative arbitration proceedings.

He has carried out and continues to carry out training and teaching activities in his areas of expertise for private institutions and university-level graduate and specialization programs.

He is the author of articles in his fields of specialization and has participated as a speaker at various conferences and seminars, mainly on matters concerning land management and environmental law.

He has served as a member of administrative bodies in corporations.

After attending the Academy of the Guardia di Finanza, he served as a permanent officer of the Corps, leaving the service in 1983 with the rank of Captain.

He is a member of the Tuscan Society of Administrative Lawyers and of the National Institute of Urban Planning. In addition to his degree in Law, he holds a second degree with highest honors in Economic and Financial Security Sciences from the University of Rome – Tor Vergata.
