Tullio has been a member of the Florence Bar Association since 2000 and has been admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation and the Higher Courts since 2012.

He began collaborating with Lessona Law Firm in 1996 and became a partner in 2009.

He has gained considerable experience in civil, administrative, and accounting litigation, as well as in insolvency proceedings.

He provides ongoing assistance in all areas of administrative law, with particular focus on construction and urban planning, environmental and landscape matters, cultural heritage, expropriations for public use, public contracts and procurement, public recruitment procedures, renewable energy, and commercial activities.

He provides continuous assistance and consultancy on contractual and banking law issues and on matters concerning private procurement.

He also provides assistance and consultancy in immigration law.

He carries out continuous training and professional development in his areas of expertise and is the author of several publications.

He is a member of the Tuscan Society of Administrative Lawyers.
