Academic Position
He has collaborated for many years with the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Florence and with the School of Specialization for Legal Professions, where he teaches Administrative Law as an adjunct lecturer.
Simone has been a member of the Florence Bar Association since January 1994 and has been admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation and the Higher Courts since February 2006.
He has been a partner of the Firm since 2003.
He provides ongoing assistance and consultancy in the following areas:
Administrative law, with particular experience in Construction and Urban Planning, Landscape, Cultural Heritage, Public Contracts and Procurement, Expropriations for Public Use, Administrative Sanctions, Healthcare, Sports, Public Assets and State Property Concessions, Environmental Law, Ports and Airports, Agriculture, Hunting and Fishing, Commerce, Tourism, Public Employment and Public Recruitment Procedures, Public Grants and Funding (EU, national, and regional), and administrative-accounting liability proceedings before the Court of Auditors.
Civil law, with particular experience in Real Estate Contracts, Property Rights and Possession, Private Procurement, Civil Liability, Legal Entities, and Inheritance Law.
Administrative criminal law, with particular experience in offences relating to construction and urban planning, environmental matters, and public procurement procedures.
