Silvia has been a member of the Florence Bar Association since 2011.

She began collaborating with Lessona Law Firm in 2006 and became a partner on 1 January 2020.

She has gained significant experience in administrative and civil litigation, as well as in proceedings before the Court of Auditors.

She provides ongoing assistance in all areas of administrative law, with particular focus on public procurement, non-privatized public employment, public recruitment procedures, and construction and urban planning.

She also provides continuous assistance and consultancy to numerous companies in relation to their dealings with Public Administrations.

She is a member of the Tuscan Society of Administrative Lawyers.

Academic Position

From 2010 to 2017, she served as Teaching Assistant in Administrative Law at the University of Siena.
