Gabriella has been registered with the Bar Association since 2000 and has been admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation and the Higher Courts since 2013.

She began collaborating with Lessona Law Firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2009.

She has gained significant experience in administrative, civil, and tax litigation.

She provides ongoing assistance and consultancy in all areas of administrative law, with particular focus on construction, urban planning, expropriations for public use, public procurement, public recruitment procedures, environmental matters, renewable energy, public water resources, liability for public financial damage, and public employment.

In the field of tax law, she provides assistance, including judicial representation, in matters concerning local taxes, land reclamation contributions, cadastral income, and cadastral classification.

She provides consultancy and assistance to Public Administrations and publicly-owned companies.

She carries out continuous professional development activities in her areas of expertise.

She was selected for and admitted to the “Silvano Tosi Parliamentary Studies and Research Seminar”.

She served for several years as a Researcher at OLeA – the Observatory for Environmental Legislation established by Prof. Stefano Grassi.

She is a member of the Tuscan Society of Administrative Lawyers.
