Orges has been a member of the Florence Bar Association since 2016 and began collaborating with Lessona Law Firm in 2013.

He has gained experience in administrative and civil consultancy and litigation, as well as in immigration law.

He provides ongoing assistance and consultancy in administrative law, with particular focus on public procurement procedures and public contracts, urban planning and construction, public recruitment procedures, public transport, publicly-owned companies, immigration, and citizenship.

He also provides assistance and consultancy on matters of civil law, commercial and labour law, as well as criminal law.

In addition, he provides assistance and consultancy in Albanian law, with particular reference to the internationalization and relocation of businesses and companies to the Albanian market, company formation, participation in public tenders, customs law, the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, debt recovery, and both public and private contract law.

He is also authorized to practice law in Albania.

Academic Position

In March 2017, he obtained a PhD in Legal Sciences from the University of Florence with the highest evaluation (“excellent”), completing a comparative criminal law dissertation involving the Albanian, Italian, French, and German legal systems.

He collaborates with the Chair of Comparative Law at the University of Florence, where he serves as Teaching Assistant in the subject “Comparative Legal Systems.”
